Meet Pillsbury ** Adoption Pending **
Pills - 2-year-old, neutered male, fawn and weighs: 25.0 pounds
He came into rescue as a stray from a local shelter exactly a year ago. While at the shelter, it was noticed that he was regurgitating after eating and drinking. Rescue was contacted for help with this sweet boy. He had soft palate (uvulectomy) surgery and is doing much better. He is eating and drinking from a raised bowl as well.
Pillsbury is good with other dogs, so we will consider placing him with another dog. He is very affectionate. He loves treats, toys....he loves it all!! He enjoys playing with toys and is very joyful. He wags his tail and bounces around. Pillsbury loves to sit in your lap. A calm, quiet household is ideal for him.
His regurgitation has calmed down a lot in his Foster Home and he hardly regurgitates at all anymore. He still is on his medications and we will keep him on them since he is doing so well, (We don't want to rock the boat). This Boy has sooooooooooooo much love to give to a family and will be a great addition to any family who can commit to him.
Medications:
He is very maintainable on these medications and lives a normal lifestyle.
